Property ChecksOur Property Maintenance department can keep an eye on your property while you are away.We will go and check the property inside and outside.Our checks include:Checking Doors and Windows, shutters and alarmsMaking sure outbuildings, sheds ect are all secure and damage proofChecking both Guttering and down pipes for any damage and blockages.Checking inside for leaks and anything untoward.If any repair work needs to be done we will inform you and on your behalf obtain a quotation for the job, no repair work will be completed without your prior authorization.Yearly Prices for this service are as follows: Once a week £147 Twice a month: £89 Once a month: £65Transferring money every month for payment of utility bills can prove to be more expensive for you.We here at Turk Villa Mushroom Homes can make those payments for you and send you the receipt for each transaction. In January every year you would need to send a deposit we would take our fee for this service from the deposit and the remaining money we would pay your utility bills with. If however there is money remaining at the end of the year we would include that in the next year deposit and you would only send the remaining balance to make up the deposit if on the other hand there was not enough money in the deposit you would need to send more money in the following january.
For a villa the deposit required every January is £300 our fee is £75 for this service. Payment of BillsBills paid are as follows: Water Electric Council Tax Property and contents insurance Complex Fee Other bills can be added if applicablePool CleaningWe ensure to keep your swimming pool in a good running order by checking that the motor is clean and functioning correctly. We will add the necessary cleaning products and clean the pool and filteration system.Our pool cleaner will clean the pool and surrounding sun bathing area every day removing any debris.We will take care of the starting up and closing down of the swimming pool i.e draining the pool when not in use and cleaning and removing the motor. Yearly prices for this service are as follows:All year ( mainly for people intending to reside in Turkey permenatly) £720 Half Year (Season) £520 Only when Villa is in use (maximum 1 month) £120
